One seat is equivalent to one person attending the class and not multiple individuals.

Video should be on during Class, else the connection is liable to be terminated.

Payments received for a specific Course/Workshop/Webinar is non-transferable. However, if you are unable to attend, your payment can be adjusted in the same Course/Workshop/Webinar whenever it is conducted in the near future.

Normal and good behaviour during class and all group discussions are highly appreciated.

The Smart Wrap reserves its right to suspend your seat if any information is provided which is untrue, inaccurate, not relevant or incomplete.

The Smart Wrap reserves its right to terminate your session and refuse any and all current and future use of the material provided in softcopy or in any other mode of delivery or any portion thereof.

By making payment of the concerned webinar/workshop, it is deemed that you have accepted all terms and conditions and acknowledge and accept all disclaimers provided written forthright and will adhere to the same and good conduct during, pre and post duration of the Webinar/Workshop.

The Content provided of the workshop/webinar is the intellectual property of ‘ The Smart Wrap’. You may not reuse, republish or reprint such content without our written and implied consent.

All information posted is merely for educational and informational purposes. Should you decide to act upon any information on this webinar/workshop, you do so in your own personal capacity and at your own risk and costs.

Items you purchase or procure from vendors details of which are provided by us: You understand that ‘The Smart Wrap’ does not manufacture, store or inspect any of the items sold through our services. The items are produced/listed/sold directly by independent sellers, so ‘The Smart Wrap’ can’t and does not make any warranties about their quality, safety or even their legality. Any legal claim related to an item you purchase must be bought directly against the seller of the item. You release ‘ The Smart Wrap’ from any claims related to items sold through our services, including defective items, misrepresentations by sellers, or items that caused any injury.
